Atlantic Health System awarded a three-year grant to Sage Eldercare, a palliative care center, to partner with the national non-profit The Conversation Project to develop an end-of-life discussion and awareness program for adult children and their parents.

The partners struggled to align on a name for the program, which in turn was delaying strategic planning, marketing and launch of the in-person workshop events—ultimately putting the grant at risk.
